PwC is seeking a Software Engineer - Senior Associate to develop and innovate software products within our Software and Product Innovation group. You will collaborate with clients to deliver tailored engineering solutions, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to cloud, data analytics, and digital integration initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, with travel up to 80%.

The Opportunity As a Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the development and innovation of software products within our Software and Product Innovation group. Your role will involve working directly with clients to deliver tailored software engineering solutions that meet their unique needs. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams effectively. You will also focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while mentoring Associates and junior team members. In this role, you will be part of our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, contributing to the Digital Integration & Architecture go-to-market strategy. Within our Product Innovation competency, you will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally and make a significant impact on client engagements.

Travel Requirements Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
