PwC is seeking a Firmware Engineer_Senior Associate in Los Angeles to help clients optimize product development and manufacturing processes. You will apply lean principles and digital tech to reduce costs and improve quality, while guiding teams and maintaining high engineering standards.
You will work with C#.NET, C++, and Python to build and maintain software, participate in CI/CD, and mentor junior staff as you contribute to client success and project delivery.
The Opportunity
As a Firmware Engineer_Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing their needs and developing strategic solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing product development and manufacturing processes, working closely with clients to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies that improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Your role will involve providing guidance on lean manufacturing principles and leveraging digital technologies to streamline operations.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using these insights to inform your recommendations and drive client success.
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
