Job summary
Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Software Engineer to support the enhancement, sustainment, and modernization of ground-based satellite geolocation systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full engineering lifecycle—from requirements development through deployment—delivering innovative software-based capabilities that advance critical mission operations.

Qualifications
- Experience with SDR programming.
- Geospatial processing experience.
- Experience coding 2D and 3D image displays.
- Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or similar version control tools.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
- Contribute to cutting-edge development programs and design new solutions.
- Innovate RF signal processing applications.
- Develop analytics, visualization and discovery tools.
- Integrate new and legacy software across hardware form factors.
- Review and test software components for adherence to design, document test results, and resolve issues.
- Provide input to system design including hardware/software trade-offs and use of COTS/GOTS.
