This position reports directly to the Product Owner, offering servant leadership while contributing hands-on development expertise. Approximately 30% of the responsibilities involve facilitating agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as guiding the team through program increment planning and cross-team dependency management. Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering practices, including coding standards, automated testing, automated build pipelines, and configuration management is necessary.
