Job summary

Hunter Communications seeks a skilled Salesforce developer to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment, working with Apex and collaborating with Installation/Maintenance teams. You will contribute to greenfield projects, architect and build Airflow ETL integrations for specialized backend systems, and leverage GIS where possible.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Salesforce development, plus experience with Python, ETL tooling, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Capable problem-solvers who can learn quickly, adapt, and get things done.
• Experience with Salesforce development and Apex code.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and coding agents.
• Production code experience with Python and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and JOINs.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Salesforce environment as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Work extensively with Apex development and collaborate with Installation/Maintenance teams.
• Architect and build Airflow ETL integrations for backend systems.
• Contribute to greenfield projects and gain hands‑on experience.
