Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robust chat platform applications using TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Build real-time chat features with WebSockets and integrate Web, iOS, and Android SDKs.
• Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Dialogflow CX/GECX for AI-powered flows.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in Jira, digital.ai Agility, or RTC ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across backend and client SDKs independently.
• Mentor or guide junior team members when needed.
