Prelim is recruiting a Software Engineer, Product to join a fully remote US team building the platform that powers onboarding for financial institutions. You will work with customers, product, and engineering leadership to create systems handling online deposits, treasury services, and more at scale.

This role emphasizes building infrastructure that millions depend on, with direct impact on onboarding processes used by banks and their customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL).
• Strong system design skills for scalable architectures.
• Experience translating banking requirements into robust software.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build features across our stack for massive scale and complexity.
• Integrate with legacy banking infrastructure, core banking systems, and third-party providers.
• Solve challenges around multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, and reliability.
• Collaborate with banks to translate onboarding needs into technical solutions.
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability of millions of applications.
