Job summary

Visa is hiring a Software Development Engineer for Product Reliability Engineering to design and build automation, data platforms, and AI-powered tooling. You’ll work across deployment pipelines, real-time data systems, and observability to keep complex financial infrastructure resilient.

You will collaborate with global teams, own reliability improvements, and contribute to secure, scalable software delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Python skills and scripting in Go or Bash.
• Solid background in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in GenAI platforms and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end automation for deployment pipelines and release orchestration.
• Develop and maintain data platforms and real-time analytics tooling.
• Build GenAI-powered engineering assistants and AI-driven automation.
• Improve observability dashboards and platform reliability.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and incident response practices.
