About the role

Our software engineers work across the stack to build consumer-facing products for millions of creators and businesses worldwide. We’re currently hiring experienced full-stack engineers to join our web-platform team. Our product engineers push the limits of what’s possible in the browser—from custom graphics rendering to sophisticated video processing, and the integration of large video models—tackling complex engineering and product challenges to enable creators to tell their stories with audio, video, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build user-centric products by leveraging modern frontend, backend, and API technologies, including advanced in-browser rendering (e.g., WebAssembly & WebGL).
2. Implement full-stack solutions that balance performance, scalability, reliability, and extensibility.
3. Own the product development lifecycle alongside cross-functional teammates (product, design, infra, and ML) to shape features from early concepts through final release.
4. Maintain a high bar for code quality by championing best practices, testing, and participating in thoughtful code reviews.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional experience developing full-stack experiences at scale.
2. Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms and data structures).
3. Proficiency in full-stack software development, including modern front-end technologies, back-end technologies, API frameworks, and cloud platforms.
4. Bonus points for experience with complex rendering or real-time media processing.
