Location: Remote - US only.

Ours Privacy is a healthcare-focused CDP + CMP built for today’s regulatory landscape. Our BAA-backed platform sits between digital properties and every tag, pixel, or API so organizations can control exactly which fields stay in-house and which de-identified signals reach Google Ads, Meta, StackAdapt, GA4, and more. Customers get compliance, control, and performance.

What we’re looking for

Product-minded engineers who own outcomes, from design to ops

Depth in at least one area, plus range across others

Clear, concise communication and a bias for action

Interest in integrations, data pipelines, and reliable distributed systems

Our environment and tech stack

AWS-first with serverless and containers where they fit

Common services: AWS Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, Fargate, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3

TypeScript / Node.js across services and integrations

React on the admin application and internal tools

Web SDKs and open-source packages for developer integrations

Strong focus on observability, testing, and operational excellence

Nice to have

Background in healthcare, privacy, or other regulated environments

Familiarity with marketing platforms and growth tooling
