📍 Multiple U.S. locations – Hybrid

Position

We’re hiring C++ Software Engineers with a background in Power Systems or Transmission Networks to help design and maintain the systems that keep the lights on across the U.S.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain C++ applications for real-time energy systems
• Work in Linux / UNIX environments with SQL and scripting tools
• Contribute to grid applications supporting high-voltage transmission operations
• Collaborate with experts across GE Vernova’s power technology teams

What we’re looking for

• 3–10 years’ experience in C++ / Linux software engineering
• Background in Power Systems / Energy / Utilities
• Familiarity with one or more: SCADA / EMS / ADMS / AEMS / GE XA21 / Reliance
• SQL, Oracle, or Shell scripting experience is a plus
