Payward Services is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build Rust services that power trading, payments, and crypto experiences in a remote US setting. You will contribute to reliable, low-latency systems and scalable infrastructure used across the platform.

You will work with a team of Rust engineers to implement reusable code, improve performance, and ensure safety and security in production. This role emphasizes ownership and high-velocity delivery within a distributed architecture.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
