Partner Company is hiring a backend-focused engineer to design, develop, and operate reliable backend services and APIs that support insurance and protection products. This remote-eligible role collaborates across teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and data pipelines, implement monitoring and experimentation capabilities, and participate in code reviews and on-call rotations to uphold engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience is required.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Strong experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
