Job summary

Set Of X is hiring software engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems across analytics, data processing, real-time, and business applications. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement software with a focus on quality, testing, and documentation.

The role supports Windows and UNIX environments and requires experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with 7+ years
• Proven experience with full software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, and Python
• Experience with Windows and/or UNIX/Linux development environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into software solutions
• Experience debugging, testing, and integrating components
• Knowledge of database design, queries, and data repositories
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems
• Design, code, test, and debug software to meet requirements
• Analyze user needs to derive system and performance requirements
• Contribute to system design decisions including hardware/software trade-offs
• Develop algorithms and integrate software components
• Create/modify database queries and interfaces
• Build and deploy software using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with team to improve development processes and documentation
