Chevy Chase Trust, located just outside Washington D.C., seeks an Associate Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain our in-house CRM using C# and ASP.NET Core, primarily MVC and WPF. You will collaborate with stakeholders and extend our proprietary CRM to deliver robust reports and features.

With 3+ years of experience, you will write clean code, participate in reviews, and help diagnose production issues. Competitive benefits include health, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core, MVC and WPF; HTML/JS/CSS.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL, including schema design.
• Experience building custom business apps; not just admin or low-code.
• Comfort navigating a large internal codebase with minimal onboarding.
• Experience with source control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain applications using C# and ASP.NET Core, with WPF and MVC.
• Work within and extend our in-house CRM system.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and schemas using EF Core.
• Build custom reports for internal stakeholders.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues with proper logging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
