- 0–2 years of software engineering experience.
- Good communication with non-engineering stakeholders.
- Experience building internal tools or automation is a plus.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code with guidance.
- Curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Work with operators to translate processes into technical requirements.
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to improve throughput.
- Own well-scoped projects end-to-end: implementation, testing, rollout.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code following internal tooling practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of tools.
