Job summary

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) invites applications for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and test software for Open Systems integrations for the ANG/OSITB. The role requires hands-on experience across languages such as Python, C++, and Java, plus containers and CI/CD pipelines.

You will lead development teams, work with DoD end-users to translate requirements into backlogs and sprint work, and contribute to research reports and proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, or similar).
• Experience with containerized computing (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform software development, debugging, modification, enhancement, and documentation.
• Design, test, and develop computer software to meet program requirements.
• Develop containerized applications and the CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy them.
