Job summary

NetJets is seeking a software engineer to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will design, build, test, and support software applications and services that deliver business value and are ready for operational use.

You will collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, uphold security and data protection, and participate in an agile environment that emphasizes empirical learning and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in web development, mobile development, or software engineering projects as part of educational curriculum is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use.
• Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the people on your team, in your functional area, and with your business stakeholders to ensure business value is achieved.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, delivering results with integrity, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed-upon goals.
• Operate within an agile team to deliver outcomes iteratively while fostering empiricism, learning, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
