Job summary

Rilla is hiring in NYC for an engineer who will build end-to-end workflows, ship features to production, and tackle real-world problems at scale. You’ll set patterns for quality and help shape an engineering culture as the platform grows.

You’ll work with a stack including React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and open-source tools, in an in-office team in New York. Join a fast-paced group obsessed with customers and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience at start-ups or fast-moving teams with strong engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with storage, data processing, cloud infra and standard tooling.

Today, we’ve built the leading sales coaching software for organizations doing sales offline. We have over 1000 customers, including The Home Depot, KKR, Neighborly, and PulteGroup, using our product to enable AI sales coaching across their organization.

The Role

Rilla engineers architect and ship features across the stack at lightning speed. On a daily basis, you will build end-to-end workflows, take them to production, and solve real world problems across an out-sized scale.

As an early technical steward, you will raise the bar for code quality and decision‑making, setting patterns that cement a world‑class engineering culture as we scale. What We Require

• Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as Javascript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporating feedback and holding a high bar for quality.
