Job summary

Pylon is hiring a Software Engineer for new grads in San Francisco to work on AI-assisted support features that empower customer teams. You will build end‑to‑end features, iterate quickly, and own your projects with strong collaboration across PMs, designers, and engineers.

You are pursuing a CS/engineering degree, have internship or side project experience, and are excited by applying AI to software development. Relocation to SF and in‑person work are supported by the role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field with‑able to start full-time in Summer 2027.
• Internship experience or notable side projects showing product features and full‑stack skills.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and feedback-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Build features for customers in post‑sales roles using AI to improve operations.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship features independently with fast feedback loops.
• Own end-to-end components and collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers.
• Work in a collaborative, non‑waterfall environment with senior engineers.

Additional Job details The base salary range for this position is $150k - $180k annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
