Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to help architect and implement the next generation of our service mesh infrastructure.

You will own critical components of data plane and control plane, leveraging Istio/Envoy and cloud-native patterns to build reliable, scalable services across multiple data centers. The role requires 4+ years in distributed systems with strong Linux/Unix skills, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure background with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Istio/Envoy is a huge plus.
• Proficiency with Golang, Java and/or C++ in Linux/UNIX environments.
