Salesforce is seeking a distributed systems software engineer to own parts of the Next-Generation Ingress Gateway platform. You will help design and implement scalable, cloud‑native load balancing, TLS termination, and traffic policies across data centers.

You will work with OSS technologies like Envoy and Istio, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling, bringing high availability, security, and reliability to millions of nodes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning reliable, self‑healing services.
• Familiar with public cloud, AWS and GCP.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, TLS termination, HTTP proxies.
• Experience balancing live‑site management, feature delivery, and technical debt retirement.
• Experience designing, developing, debugging, and operating distributed systems across thousands of compute nodes.
