Job summary

Onyx Point, LLC. is seeking a software engineer with an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) and strong Java experience, along with MapReduce, Cloud, GhostMachine and QTA skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required; four years SWE experience may supplement the degree. The role involves analysis, design, coding, debugging, and integrating software across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards

Compensation:

We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
