Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Labs — United States

Pax8 Labs builds pioneering human‑AI interfaces. This role focuses on designing efficient, responsive front‑end experiences that support autonomous workflows and back‑end integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex AI and agent‑based workflows.
• Create real‑time visualisations that clearly communicate system status and decision‑making.
• Enable seamless human‑AI collaboration through thoughtful interaction design.
• Develop reusable UI components that scale across future Labs initiatives.
• Extend into backend services and cloud APIs when needed to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Prototype with emerging frameworks and AI‑assisted development tools.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Your work will directly shape how partners and internal teams interact with autonomous systems, turning advanced technology into accessible, trusted tools. You’ll help establish frontend standards for Pax8 Labs and influence future product conception and delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience building modern frontend applications with frameworks such as React, SolidJS, Vue, or similar.
• Strong ability with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design.
• Demonstrated skill creating high‑performance, interactive interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL.
• Strong understanding of real‑time data handling, dynamic state management, and streaming updates.
• Working knowledge of backend fundamentals, including Go or Python services and cloud‑based APIs.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping, and iterating toward scalable solutions.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for design craft, accessibility, and performance.
