Job summary

Pax8 in the United States is seeking a Product Engineer to help shape AI-powered product experiences. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud integrations to translate ideas into practical, user-friendly solutions.

You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, prototype quickly, and validate ideas through research and testing, influencing product direction and delivering value for thousands of partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience building software products from concept through delivery.
Strong product thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and solve real user problems.
Demonstrated hands-on development skills across modern languages and frameworks.
Comfortable working across full-stack environments and cloud-based systems.
Strong UX awareness with an eye for intuitive, polished experiences.

Responsibilities

Discover and define product opportunities by understanding partner needs and user behavior.
Turn early-stage ideas into prototypes, experiments, and working solutions.
