Power3 Solutions seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Maryland. The role supports design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems, with emphasis on Linux environments and practical programming knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have BS degree, active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, and experience with Git, GitLab, IDEs, and Agile methods. The compensation range is $100K-$180K, with comprehensive benefits.

Software Engineer Level 0

is a role that supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems. Candidates should have basic programming knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with software development practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency working in Linux development environments
• Basic understanding of SW to include exposure to variousLanguages (C/C++, Python, etc…)
• Experience with the following: Git, GitLab, IDEs (e.g., VSCode, Eclipse,etc…)
• Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)

Desired Skills

• Experience with geospatial processing
• Experience coding 2D and 3D image displays
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or similar version control tools
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $180K.
