NiCE is seeking a Software Engineer for the User Hub Team in Sandy, Utah. You will design, build, and enhance features across the User Hub platform, using Java, Angular, and AWS to deliver scalable solutions that empower thousands of customers.
This hands‑on role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, and global teams, along with a willingness to explore AI‑assisted development tools and modern cloud‑native architectures.
As a Software Engineer on the User Hub team, you'll help build and enhance the critical areas of the NiCE CXone platform—customers rely on us to manage employees, teams, tenant configurations, profiles, branding, and organizational hierarchies. This role is a hands‑on engineering position where you will develop new features, modernize existing capabilities, solve complex technical challenges, and support a platform used by some of the world’s largest organizations.
You’ll work across the stack, leveraging Java, Angular, AWS, and cloud‑native technologies to deliver scalable solutions that directly impact customers every day.
