• Analyze legacy systems and define modern service boundaries
• Write clear, detailed user stories with edge‑case handling and system behavior insights
• Create technical specifications, API contracts, and data mappings
• Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and external vendors for seamless execution
• Coach teams in story refinement and cloud‑focused acceptance criteria
• Ensure compliance, performance, and data model fidelity across modernization efforts

What You Bring

• 5+ years in systems analysis, solution architecture, or technical product ownership
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native patterns, REST APIs, and modernization strategies
• Experience with .NET, Azure, distributed systems, and SQL‑based analysis
• Familiarity with DDD, Swagger/OpenAPI, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Background in healthcare, payroll, or compliance‑heavy domains is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership qualities with a knack for mentoring and guiding teams
