Job summary

State Farm’s Digital Experience Mobile team is hiring iOS Mobile Engineers at various experience levels to help build the flagship mobile app used by millions. You will work with iOS/Android engineers, XD, product owners, and QA partners to design, implement, and ship customer-facing features every three weeks.

You will influence architecture and performance, maintain reliability, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment that values learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with SwiftUI or UIKit (experience with both is a plus).
• Experience with iOS networking and RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with MVVM or similar architectural patterns.
• Understanding of Swift fundamentals (error handling, protocols, optionals).
• Familiarity with unit testing practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Exposure to modular app architecture and protocol-oriented programming could be a plus.
• GraphQL experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain iOS mobile features within the State Farm app.

Our Digital Experience Mobile team is seeking iOS Mobile Engineers across multiple experience levels (entry to mid-level) to help build the award-winning State Farm mobile app.

We leverage Agile principles and modern mobile technologies to deliver customer-facing features to production every three weeks. As an iOS Mobile Engineer, you'll work alongside iOS and Android engineers, Experience Design (XD), Product Owners, Business Partners, and Quality Engineering teams to create experiences used by millions of customers. Qualifications

• Professional or project-based experience with SwiftUI or UIKit (experience with both is a plus)
• Experience with iOS networking and RESTful API integration
• Familiarity with MVVM or similar architectural patterns
• Understanding of Swift fundamentals (error handling, protocols, optionals)

Our Benefits

Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!

• Potential starting salary range: $81,000 - $123,000. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
• Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
