Job summary

SingleStore offers a 12-week Software Engineer Intern program where you collaborate on one or more engineering teams to deliver real-time technology. You will own projects end-to-end, work across product, marketing, and sales, and gain deep exposure to how the business operates while contributing to production-ready features.

You will be mentored by engineers who care about your success and growth, with a focus on developing reliable software and strong CS fundamentals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of CS fundamentals. Strong programming skills with JavaScript, Golang or TypeScript.
• Passionate about building highly reliable software.
• Firm grasp of algorithms and data structures.
• Understanding of core CS fundamentals, including operating systems, distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures.

Responsibilities

• Our engineers work on small, collaborative teams to help drive our company forward.
• Interns are responsible for projects that are deployed continuously into production over the course of their internship.
• Your work will include everything from developing features to testing software and you’ll gain a significant understanding of both the product and the business.

• As a Software Engineer, Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to spend 12 weeks working on one (or more) of the engineering teams at SingleStore
