The position is based in San Francisco, requires in-office presence, and is not remote or open to relocation or visa sponsorship.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent, with solid fundamentals in TypeScript, Ruby, or Go. Experience with AI coding tools and LLM APIs is required, along with the ability to write scripts and small services that solve real problems. Strong written communication skills and a commitment to shipping small, useful features quickly are essential. Familiarity with Slack APIs, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Kubernetes is a plus. The base salary range is $120,000–$160,000 USD.
