Job summary

Atlassian invites students to join a 12-week summer internship in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA. You will work on real features, reporting to Senior Engineers and contributing to Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket.

You will gain hands-on experience with full lifecycle product development and cloud migration initiatives while receiving mentorship and a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related technical field and returning to the program after completion.
• Programming Foundation: Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, Typescript or other OO languages.
• Technical Fundamentals: Understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• From day one, contribute to code that impacts Atlassian products and learn full lifecycle development.
• Dream up and implement new features and ship code to production.
• Collaborate with a unified R&D team focused on cloud migration and core product enhancements.
