Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure for our Battlespace Awareness team. You’ll keep C2 software reliable as it scales and drive the migration to next‑gen tooling.

You will build dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines to give engineers and customers visibility into system health, while maintaining production workloads and guiding the migration to modern infrastructure tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with AWS and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

About the Job

We are looking to hire an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales, and supports the observability stack — dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. You'll maintain what's running in production today and help lead the team's migration to next-generation infrastructure tooling.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Helm, Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD.
• Experience with Robot Framework testing.
• Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and tooling for metrics pipelines.
• Familiarity with MCAP data and Foxglove
• Familiarity with Rust, C, or C++.
• Familiarity with team collaboration tooling such as Slack and Slackbot CI development

US Salary Range

$166,000 — $220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
