Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boulder/Broomfield, CO seeks an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD and observability for the Battlespace Awareness team. The role maintains production systems and leads migration to next-gen tooling, building dashboards and data pipelines.

You will work with Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Grafana/Prometheus, and AWS, collaborating across disciplines. US work authorization and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experience with GitHub branch management and release practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially CircleCI.

About the Job

We are looking to hire an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team in Broomfield, CO. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales, and supports the observability stack - dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. You'll maintain what's running in production today and help lead the team's migration to next-generation infrastructure tooling.

What You'll Do

Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure

• Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems
• Help lead the team's infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).

Support observability and data infrastructure

• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Helm, Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD.
• Experience with Robot Framework testing.
• Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and tooling for metrics pipelines.
• Familiarity with MCAP data and Foxglove
• Familiarity with Rust, C, or C++.
• Familiarity with team collaboration tooling such as Slack and Slackbot CI development

US Salary Range

$143,000-191,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
