At MISO, we’re on a mission to optimize and elevate our service management capabilities. As a Software Engineer III (ServiceNow) you’ll play a key role in working on technical development efforts within the platform team. You will help build and improve important tools in ServiceNow that support the technology used to manage the power grid. This job involves creating and updating ServiceNow features, connecting it with other systems, and working through the full process of developing software, from understanding needs, to designing, building, testing, and supporting the final product.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 USDannually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Bachelors or better in Software Engineering or related field.
Development and strong Agile skills within a structured governance environment.
