Job summary

MongoDB Atlas IAM team seeks a Software Engineer in New York City for our hybrid work model. You’ll own authentication and authorization across the platform and user interfaces, helping keep Atlas secure while delivering a best-in-class experience for startups to enterprises.

You’ll lead medium-sized, full-stack projects from design to delivery, collaborate with colleagues through the full project lifecycle, and embody our leadership principles in every decision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications.
• Proficient in a modern compiled programming language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.).
• Willingness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript along with modern frontend technologies (React, Redux).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and intellectually honest.
