Job summary

Google's Embedded Systems team is seeking a Software Engineer III, Embedded for the Pixel Kernel and Codebase in Poland. You will collaborate on Android kernel and BSP challenges across Pixel devices, contributing to the next generation of wearable and mobile experiences.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in C/C++, embedded software, and OS development, with 2+ years in software engineering and 2 years in embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage the productive Software Codebase and Infrastructure to accommodate the various Pixel devices.
• Engage and integrate the new Android and Kernel features to Pixel devices for our customers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
