Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing seeks a Software Engineer III (Electronics) to develop software for embedded microcontrollers powering HVAC and water heating product controls. The role is part of Rheem’s Advanced Technology Integration organization and supports the North America Division.

Location is hybrid with offices in Roswell, GA and other sites (Lewisville, TX or Indianapolis, IN). Team members work in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Job description

The Software Engineer III (Electronics) is responsible for the development of software for embedded microcontrollers. Software development is focused on electronic controls for HVAC and water heating products including requirements, design, qualification, and life cycle support. Will work to implement and extend a common controls architecture strategy within Rheem. This is a key position on the electronic controls team within Rheem’s Advanced Technology Integration organization, providing advanced technologies and systems solutions for Rheem’s Water Heating, Air Conditioning, and Raypak business units.

This position will serve Rheem North America Division, located in Roswell, GA, Lewisville, TX or Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid).This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
