Responsibilities include designing, coding, debugging, and leading project teams. The position emphasizes collaboration with system engineers, documentation, and implementing algorithms to meet performance and timing constraints.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 14 years of Software Engineer experience on complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of additional Software Engineer experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Go, Python, Terraform and AWS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive design and performance requirements.
• Design and code software or modify existing software to add features.
• Debug and fix defects in existing software.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments.
• Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Recommend improvements to documentation and development standards.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Assist with test procedures for software components.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Lead software development teams as appropriate.
• Coordinate installation and monitor operation to meet specs.
• Confer with system engineers to derive requirements and interfaces.
