Responsibilities

• Manages trouble ticket resolution for multiple applications.
• Provides production support of applications in production by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing and testing fixes.
• Uses back-end and front-end languages to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Codes programming logic following design specifications and standards.
• Monitors quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.
• Develops and unit tests application programs as specified in Technical Designs.
• Presents work for review and sign off by peers and management.
