Job summary

Amazon is seeking a software engineer to help scale its regional flexibility initiatives across Stores, Alexa, Kindle, Prime Video and more. You will design and build distributed services that scale to millions of users and work closely with AWS teams to enable robust infrastructure that supports Amazon’s rapid expansion.

With a BS in CS/Engineering/Math or related field, you will contribute across the full SDLC, participate in code reviews, and apply best practices to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
3+ years of full SDLC experience including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, build, test & operations.
3+ years of programming with at least one software language.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
1+ years of machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

Design and build highly distributed services that scale across Amazon businesses.
Work on front end / back end services that scale and delight engineers.
Advise SDO teams on infrastructure setup and leverage AWS technologies.
