One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer II in United States.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code to support the development of new features and enhancements within the company’s software platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Senior Engineers, to ensure product alignment with requirements. With a focus on code quality and continuous delivery practices, you will play a critical role in evolving the company’s Payroll and HR products, ensuring both functionality and efficiency.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and unit test code, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and internal coding practices
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and peer code reviews to maintain code quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution of platform outages or defects
• Contribute to the development and evolution of Payroll and HR products, collaborating with internal teams to meet product requirements
• Support continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices for fast and reliable software releases
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, focusing on professional development and knowledge sharing within the team

• BS/MS in Computer Science or 2+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years of experience creating code-based solutions with a strong background in C# and .NET
• Familiarity with Java is a plus
• Strong experience with modern software engineering practices: SQL, No-SQL databases, Microservices, TDD, Unit Testing, CI/CD
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and APIs
• Experience with enterprise software and distributed version-control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience working with client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, or Bootstrap is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile development concepts and practices
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and resolve technical challenges efficiently

• Salary range: $99,000 - $138,000 per year
