Duties & Responsibilities:

By collaborating closely with fellow product development team members, software engineers play a pivotal role in driving team success through the demonstration of the following key attributes:

1. Collaborating with Users, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to foster ideation and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Strong communication skills.
2. Participating in technical design, architecture discussions, and driving high-quality software development.
3. Documenting software programs with flowcharts, layouts, charts, diagrams, and other documentation.
4. Employing Test First and Acceptance Criteria Driven approaches to continuously test and deliver high-quality software.
5. Implementing mobile responsive designs to ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
6. Designing and developing Macro and Micro-Services adhering to industry best practices and standards.
7. Ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
8. Performing code reviews and ensuring alignment with coding/design best practices.
9. Working collaboratively with other engineers and providing advice, coaching, and insights to peers.
10. Engaging in continuous professional growth by staying updated on new tools, techniques, and best practices, and participating in relevant professional organizations.
