Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions that enable new features and improve existing systems, balancing scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including product definition, scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Write well-organized, maintainable code using optimal data structures and algorithms, and actively participate in code reviews to help raise the quality bar across the team.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to understand business needs and deliver the right solutions, while mentoring other engineers on your team.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI tools and new technical approaches into your work, making recommendations to improve team productivity and software quality.
