Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for scalable systems.
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions that enable new features and improve existing systems, balancing scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including product definition, scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Write well-organized, maintainable code using optimal data structures and algorithms, and participate in code reviews to raise quality.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to understand business needs and deliver the right solutions, mentoring other engineers.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI tools and new technical approaches to improve productivity and quality.
