Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a software engineer to support and enhance our enterprise products. You will work within an agile team to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and implement robust software solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL.

Collaborate with product management and engineering leaders to estimate effort, document cases, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This role may include after-hours support periodically and hybrid work options in the Alpharetta, GA area.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software product development
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL
• Experience with SQL performance tuning preferred
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong SDLC/Agile experience and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Actively support and develop software solutions for PDI products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency and document solutions
• Perform engineering tests to find defects and debug production issues
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and estimates
• Provide case status and risk assessments to management
• Follow Agile practices to analyze and propose technical solutions
• Work with Product Owner to clarify and estimate feature work
• Occasional after-hours support every 3–4 months
