Affirm, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to break larger projects into phased tasks and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and analytics to deliver scalable web and mobile applications and APIs.

You will write clear, tested code, review large codebases, participate in code reviews, and support operations by monitoring metrics and contributing to on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping web and mobile applications and designing, developing, and launching scalable APIs.
• Ability to write clear, tested, extensible code and navigate large codebases.
• Participate in code reviews and communicate effectively.

They should be able to write clear, tested, extensible code; navigate and debug large codebases; participate in code reviews; seek feedback; and communicate effectively, with a related bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
