Coreforce, located in Atlanta with a hybrid work model, is seeking a Software Engineer II to build robust systems. You will implement backend services in Java/Spring Boot and craft frontend components in TypeScript using Vue or React.

The role emphasizes REST APIs, database design, and scalable architectures within a dynamic team. You’ll work with cloud services (AWS/Azure), NoSQL/SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with product and QA to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Production apps in Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend with TypeScript (Vue or React).
• SQL database design and query optimization.
• NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis).
• REST API development and AWS/Azure cloud usage.
• CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Own and maintain small services within a microservices architecture.
• Build and enhance REST APIs and backend services in Java with Spring Boot.
• Develop frontend features using TypeScript with Vue or React.
• Design and optimize SQL schemas, queries, and indexes.
• Contribute to event-driven architecture components (SNS/SQS, EventBridge, Kafka).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to refine requirements.
• Write tests and ensure test coverage; deploy and monitor in AWS/Azure.
• Document runbooks and technical guides.
