The role emphasizes security, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership while leveraging Guidewire PolicyCenter and cloud capabilities in a modern DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, or related field; tech experience can substitute.
• Eight or more years of analysis and technology experience.
• Hands-on technical leadership with Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
• Experience with secure software and systems engineering practices across delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train others on design techniques, tools and coding standards.
