The Coca‑Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Software Engineer to drive end-to-end engineering on the Sales Experience team. You will partner with product, design, and other engineers to build and evolve enterprise software used daily by sales teams across the North America Operating Unit.

About the Role Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience. Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across Coca-Cola’s North America Operating Unit. Our work spans customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the platforms that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the systems behind these experiences. As a Software Engineer, you will be a core contributor on an empowered product team, working closely with Product Management, Design, and fellow Engineers to build high-quality software that solves real customer problems. This role is for engineers who want to grow their craft, develop strong product instincts, and contribute to solutions—not just execute tasks.
Build user-centered, enterprise software that directly improves how sales teams work with customers. Engineers on the Sales Experience team partner closely with users, product, design and other stakeholders to design, build, and evolve connected tools, data, and workflows used daily by sales teams. You will build solutions across the North America Operating Unit across Retail, Food Service, and finance teams. The work spans experimentation, systems thinking, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for optimizing business outcomes like profitable volume growth, productivity, execution quality, and customer impact rather than technology for its own sake. You’ll help create scalable, reliable platforms and experiences that reduce friction, surface insights, and enable better decisions all while operating at the standards required of enterprise software.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Equivalent practical experience is equally valued.

Pay Range: United States: 152,000 - 178,300 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
